I was a victim of the "shower cap scam" when I ordered a pair of sandals on 8/23/12. I didn't receive any shipping or tracking information from the company. Sent them numerous emails requesting information and received no response. Contacted PayPal and they ran it as a claim. Were told by seller that my item had shipped, supplying a tracking number. PayPal closed the case as resolved. A few weeks later I received a shower cap from China with that tracking number. I called PayPal and they are processing a refund for me.
