We attended a presentation that sounded like a very good discount on travel.
We paid 4,170. for the program as we were looking for a deal to Europe at the time.
The brochures and illiustrations said that they had the cheapest and best and that we had access 24/7......WRONG!!.
The cruise bookings were only available 8-5 Mon-Fri. We went to the cruise lines web site and found cheaper fares on the sanme trip.
We called Scott Morse the manager of RPI and were told that we missed the 3 day limit to cancel although we did not receive the password to the web site untin well after that.
