I sent for a Trail Free Sample, and invertantly was signed up for continued use & was charged for additional whitener! The ad was very misleading and they did not explain this very well! I called for a refund & to send back the 'unopened' product, and they refuse to do the credit! I also talked to a manager, from Brentwood, California, phone #925-418-3239; who also told me the same thing. I believe their web site should be more up front about what they are doing & what the customer is signing up for! The free trail was $1.03 plus $3.87 s&h. But the continued monthly cost is $76.13/a month.
