I ordered on line the slimtone and body cleanser but i couldn't contact them to cancel because of a personal situation,so i rang them today and explain why i didn't ring them within the 14days they had no sympathy to my situation and i asked for full refund as they had already taken £112.50 from my bank account and they said no they would not give me full refund i said i have 90% of the trail tablets left i will send them back so please give me full refund and they still refused but they said they would only give me half of my money back and cancel the order,but why would they only give me half when i haven't even got the product this is truly a scam
