I also recieved the letter. I knew it had to be a fraud, so I put it in Google. My thanks to the ones that posted! I really feel bad for all the people that sent the twenty dollars in. That is so wrong to cheat people like that! The ones responsible should be put in prison for a very long time!

- Be on the lookout for the same type of thing from an outfit calling themselves Monetary Research Agency, also concidentially located in Miami, FL. They also want $20 but you only "win" $1,200,000.00 with them. I agree with you totally.
