I have been a customer of yours for over 30 years and spend over £100 a week.On Saturday 29/9/12 i purchased a joint of beef £10.38 for Sunday lunch with friends and family. You can imagine when we sat down to eat my embarrassment to find it was inedible. I did not know where to put my face, my son had to go to Sainsburys to buy 2 cooked chicken for us to eat.
I took your beef back to the store on Monday 1/10/12 and spoke to a man called Phil. I was given a refund for the meat and a £10 gift card. I do not feel this is fair compensation for my stress and inconvenience, this has made me very angry.
