I originally called readers digest as I received tWO books from them without making an order. I then called them up saying I did not orders these two books so they agreed on collecting these two books that Monday. however few weeks later there was still no sign of the collection I then received a letter to inform me that it will go through debt collectors. I then called up readers digest explained the situation and they said they did not have anything on their REACORDS for collection of books. I then had to make payment straight with readers digest. I felt under pressure because I thought they would charge me more so If I did not make any payments. I made a payment of £42.95 with maria over the phone. I feel very disapointed and feel upset of goods being sent and for me to pay double amount of what they are worth!!!
