Purchases Password Recovery Software advertised for $9.95 for single use. Paid the $9.95 which became $28.95 by the time it got to the bank. No activation code. No use of software just an email demanding another $58.95 which still doesn't appear to give me the software - crooks

Please feel free to e-mail me your purchase information; however, and I can look into whether or not this product you have purchased was sold to you by an authorized re-seller of Avanquest.
