Purchased Dodge Ram Van PCM Nov 2010, with a lifetime warranty.
Mid Aug 2011, mechanic said unit bad.
Called them and with only the code "no bus" the man said something like: sounds like you have a network problem.
Shipped to them with all the orig receipts their forms etc UPS on a Thur one day ship time, they recvd on Fri (Hurricane Irene coming).
Called Mon afternoon. They said nothing wrong with unit and cost $10 to ship back to me.
Mechanic stood on unit is bad, I purchased another unit and when it arrived all worked just fine. So either they lied or have bad test equip. Also the man said that I was "Lucky they did not charge me to test it, since I was over 6 mths from purchase and warranty was over". When I said I had a "Lifetime warranty" he said something like NO that is not for your life ownership, it is the life of the unit! If you can believe that! Their website does now say ONE YEAR, but still as of today 8-29-11 on EBAY says LIFETIME as long as you own it.
