I too fell victim to this scam. I ordered a pair of sandals on August 23rd. Emailed the company Sept 10 and Sept 16 with no response. I then filed a complaint with PayPal. That is when I started researching this company and found this website. PayPal's reply was the seller was able to provide a delivery confirmation number. I then realized the sponge I had received in the mail was supposed to be my sandals. I'm still trying to work through this and filed an appeal with PayPal. I also contacted Chase Bank, who holds the credit card that PayPal uses. I don't understand how PayPal could know about this and still get duped into sending them money. I thought the whole purpose of using PayPal is to provide buyer protection.
