They claim to be an asset management company for banks to handle their REO inventory. Trying to solicit real estate agents to sign up for $295 in order to be on their network of referrals for listings and BPO's. In their contract, they say if you don't get assignments they will refund your money after a year. Initially, they will give you a fake assignment and pay you $50, but you will never hear back from them. Because they know if you try to dispute with credit card company after 120 days, you will not be able to get your money back. So they just try to stall you so you won't file for dispute within the 120 days. If you just sign up, you should call your credit card company to cancel immediately.
