Bought two plants for $6.95 plus $9.99 shipping and $1.16 tax for a total of $18.10

Never got tracking info, plants arrived several weeks later stuffed in a plastic bag in my mail box with no special precautions taken to protect the plants either from heat/drying out or physical damage. Plants were dead. (Yes, I understand plant dormancy, which is why they should take precautions to protect the plants.) They assured me they were not dead but dormant. I planted them according to the instructions anyway, but they were indeed dead. They sent me replacement dead plants, same story. They offered to send me more...? Why would I want to do that. But then when asked for a refund they said you have to do that within 14 days and you must return the ORIGINAL shipment, not the replacement shipments. Way to trick people into not getting their money back.

When I sent everything to the Attorney General of my state, they wrote and told the guy to refund my money. But of course they wrote to me and said they'd only send me the $6.95 for the plants, not the shipping or sales tax. And I still haven't seen that check anyway.

However the shipping method they used cannot POSSIBLY be worth $9.99. It was equivalent to stuffing them in a first class envelope and putting a couple of stamps on it.

The Attorney General also got a copy from them and sent it to me, and asked if there is anything further they can do. Yes, I'm going to dispute the shipping charge and the sales tax next. WORTHLESS company.
