Steve Moore Chevrolet and General Motors

My pontiac was in Steve Moore Chevrolet for a recall issue, and General Motors authorized them to get me a loaner car until the issue was resolved, so I never hear from them about my car, and Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm they called me I'm out of town woerking which is why I need the car, and we lose connection a few times and my phone goes dead, so about 5:00pm I arrive at home and return out of the restroom and the service manager{Scott} has sent one of his technicians like a gang thug to steal my loaner car out of my driveway, the issue with my car is not fixed, they treated me like a thief, but they are the ones whom are criminal, in their intentions, and thier actions, and thier failure to fix my car, call me about the car, and then act much like an organized crime gang might, stealing my loaner car. And GM refuses to acknowledge, that them replacing the PCM that was on recall for the transmission, was the cause of my transmission to fail, it was not broken until they fixed it.And now they conviently claim that my transmission failed due to other problems, not the PSM recall even though it causes exactly the same safety problems, with the faulty PSM in the transmission, so the dealership and General Motors sent me away in an unsafe vehicle, and I had to call the police to get my belongings back,this is a safety recall and I believe that I should get a new vehicle at thier expense, and for my trouble I should get compensated by the dealership and the service manager fired and the thug whom stole the car, they are not a recovery team and tresspassed on my property, committed an illegal act, and there was not a return date on the form; and they do not care about you unless they can make money off of you in some way.
