I received an Express Notice from this company on 9-28-12 notifying me of a prize award of $2,536,092.23 and requesting that I mail them $20 for my claim to be processed and my "cash accounting rushed . . by bonded federal carrier."
This had the characteristics of a scam to me, so I decided to check on line to see what I could find out about this agency.
I learned that someone else had received an almost identical letter for an award in that exact amount, and a total of 656 had been reported. Those sending the $20 received further requests for money.
