On 8/3/12 Bytespike charged my T-Mobile account $9.99. We have NO IDEA how this happened. I called TMOBILE and complained and after about 25 minutes of arguing, they said the "requested" a credit, at first saying they could only credit back a buck and a half. This is a TOTAL SCAM, and T-MOBILE should not facilitate crap like this, but it looks like other cell companies do the same. I wonder what their cut is! This ought to be illegal, and they make it sound like they are doing you a favor in working on a credit.
