I figured there was a catch when they promised me a free cruise for two just for answering a survey... not to be entered in a drawing but to actually receive a boarding pass. I figured they would try to get my personal info, credit card #, SSN, etc. or to add charges of some sort. I didn't think it would be as simple as this. They tell you phone number they called you on and the zip code you gave the operator don't match what's on file, and then direct you to a non-existent link for "log-in trouble." Now I figure I'm not out anything more than a few minutes of my time, BUT they did promise a cruise, and they shouldn't be able to simpley lie abour it. If there's no cruise, they should send the value of the cruise, right? There have got to be easier ways to get people to answer survey questions than to promise a non-existent cruise, surely.
