Placed an order for a pair of shoes on September 17th, 2012. Their website states that they ship within 48 hours and that an email is sent once the item is shipped including a tracking number. I never received an email. Their website still claims the order is processing. I filled out the Contact Us page on their website on 9/24/12 requesting an update on the status of my order and received no response. 9/27/12 I sent an email to [email protected] and the email was kicked back as undeliverable. 9/28/12 I filed a complaint with PayPal, and am hoping that I'll receive a credit. I don't understand why PayPal continues to process payments for them considering that there are so many people that have called out this "company" as being a scam. It's disappointing at best, and frustrating that more people will be scammed. Enabling is a sad and pathetic. I do most of my shopping online, and I'll probably do much less of that now.
