A foreign rep.called stating i had applied for a gov.grant and it would be $3.87 to receive info and application...gave me a confirmation ID #,customer service # 1-800-558-0062..yet not to receive any info..so i used a prepaid credit card being skeptical so they couldnt apply anything else..but money is money..$3.87 adds up!!
