On the 09/07/12 I purchased a pair of GHDs from this website. I did not get what I ordered instead I got GHDs with a UK plug and not a NZ plug with also the storage bag missing. Within a week they do not even turn on and when asked for a refund under their 100% satisfaction guarentee, they now admit that they are not authorised GHDs even though the website claims genuine.
