NETZIZE has been charging my mobile service provider, Telstra who in turn has added this charge to my bill for ringtones via the service provider Jamster. Jamster has used my mobile number to send SMS messages advertising their ring tones which their say gives them the right to charge TELSTRA.
I was not aware of any subcription made but Jamster insists that this was made via my mobile / number. I have asked for evidense but they only provided details of SMS messages in an Ofiice Excel document which looks like someone has just cooked up behind a desk. No invoice has been provided.
I am now seeking evidense from my service provider (Telstra) for the details / invoice etc for the times and dates these so called down loads were made.
