I sent my Brietling Antares World Timepiece to this company in July, The rep was John D'Angelo. After 2 months of phone tag and no updates on my watch, I found out that he got fired. Joe Williams took over and assured me that my watch would be featured in a monthly newsletter. I Asked for my Timepiece to be sent back to me in August. I never heard from them again. After trying to log into the website I saw that a court appointed receiver ([email protected]) has taken over the site/company. I have filed a complaint to the BBB and am waiting for a reply.
