Phone call from Microsoft Certified Official wishing to repair serious Malware/Trojan infections on computer/s to prevent possible further damage which could destroy computer.Drew attention to Trojan item on Event Viewer. Very convincing.Would not have expected this to be a Scam. Allowed remote access and was charged £110.62 + £94.74 to carry out essential repairs and online support for 12mths Platinum Plan (Charges on c/c appeared in Indian Rupees!). 2 computers fine for few days but soon returned to former state.
