Online auction where there solicited me via my cell phone with text that I had won a free IPAD. Text was clear that I had won and not that I had chance to win. Text gave web site a Ziinga.com and I went to site and they gave free bids which I used after signing in with user name and pass word. I did buy some bids and won a gift card for $50 which I have never rec'd. I left the site and never returned but was charged a membership fee where they used my visa that I had purchased a few bids with. They charged my mastercard $91.65 July 28th and $21.82 Aug. 27th and $49.70 (cancellation fee) on Aug. 28th when I called them to settle this mess and they said they would for the $49.70 cancellation fee.How do you sue this fraudster company??
