mi nombre es Ana ago este complain para q se me devuelva mi dinero xq yo pedi x telefono al rey del parfume 20 perfumes de marca y segun la senorita q me atendio me dijo q si habia esas marcas que yo estaba pidiendo pero cuando los recebi en la casa no es lo que yo pedi me mandaron otras macas de perfumes que no existen nunca los e mirado estan muy corrientes e tratado de comunicarme con la compania y no atienden mis llamadas e dejado varios mensajes y no me devuelven la llamada que puedo hacer para que me devuelvan mi dinero si me pueden ayudar porfavor estare muy agradecida con ustedes de antemano les dom las mas sinceras gracias
