Sears Technician replaced a Compressor start relay on my refrigerator (ie., a $50.00 part and charged me $300.00 parts and labor.The part should have taken no more than hour to replace.
I think this is way more than a usual and customary charge for this repair.
No one at the 1 800 # could or would tell me their hourly service rate.
