We were referred to these people by Verizon because our HP printer would not work with our new Mifi. After 12 hours on the phone over 2 days our desktop computer does not work correctly and the printer does not work with it. The printer works fine on the laptop and Mifi. We disputed the charge with the credit card company, iTechline came back with a pack of lies, saying we told them everything was satisfactory, etc. We told them the computer was trashed early on. We also had a phone call from a woman, clearly from India at 9PM on a Saturday night stating she was from Microsoft and was questioning our chargeback and wanting us to pay another $199.99 for a program to fix the computer. We told her we would not pay the first 199 and would have nothing more to do with any of them. She was, I believe, from iTechline as well. We today, 9/27/12 resubmitted information to hopefully not have to pay these thieves.
