I have ordered from www.wizardwands.net. I never received item/s paid for $48.39 on 11-18-2011 and was charged $48.39 for my item/s the process was paid in full and processed how ever it has been almost one full year and still nothing but an invoice from www.wizardwands.net saying it was processed and paid for. When I attempted to contact the business the person I talked to said that he was the only one running the biz. and that he was behind on orderds and that I should have it with in 3-4 weeks how ever that was more than 6-8 months ago in which afterwards I tried to message www.wizardwands.net to do a follow up but never even got a reply back what so ever so I had to put in this complaint to scambook. Still nothing months after the complaint so now I am refileing the complaint . I still have the origional invoice from www.wizardwands.net how ever it is in .pdf so I can not add proof to this complaint so if further proof needs to be given I do so have that proof.

- Either to send me the item/s I have ordered or refund the amount via money order to my adress and name listed. Jeremy Ruditis @ 1415 bedell ave wakefield , mi 49968 as indicated on the invoice. If the items are sent and no refund then items should have no damages and sent out with in 30 days from resolvement agreement. If not I am willing to accept payment of $48.39 back to me in form of money order.
