We ordered Silver bars in early August I went into the hospital on 8/22/2012 to give birth The company fully insured the package they said and delivered it to an "Unknown" so they say on 8/23/2012.We were not back until 8/25/2012
UPS did not have a full signature on the package they so-called delivered. It was a scribble of the first name only and no ID was shown at all.JM Bullion refused to file a claim with their Insurance company

We have little to add here other than the customer does indeed have the merchandise she ordered, which was evidently "recovered" on his property on Monday. We have few details other than that a UPS driver confirmed receipt of the package, which had been at the customer's location since the 23rd of August.
Despite the fact that the customer does have the merchandise she ordered (and had it the entire time), her husband continues to threaten us and refuses to amend his comments online. We will not be replying to this matter further, but would like the readers of this dispute to know that we maintain our reputation of never having lost a package or any merchandise. -
