I was denied a home refinancing loan at Sterling Savings bank when I refused to falsify documents regarding my income.The loan officer held me hostage for 9 months before I was denied when I refused to lie about my income on the verification of employment form. Multiple loan numbers, multiple appraisals. 9 months later. I was held hostage by this bank. Loan officer got fired and now the bank is denying any part of it.
