Received a letter from Mellon's with contact person being Samuel Page. Letter stated I was a winner of $150000 via a lottery in the UK, US and Canada with a check for nearly $4000. I knew it was a scam from the get go first the envelope had the HSBC bank logo which was a fake, second I called the bank listed on the check and the representative said it was a fraudulent check. Finally, I spoke with the angel Samuel Page his first comment was did you call before I said no then he ask for a phone # and said I was a winner because I shopped at Walmart and Home Depot ( who doesn't) I said I've never shopped at either in which he knew I was on to his deceit and he hung the phone up. Be smart people nothing free especially money!
