I used my visa card to order book, "Truth About Six Pack Abs" through the internet. Once I ordered the book I discovered it was only available via downloading the product instead of hard copy through the mail. I did not have the software needed to download the book so I attempted to download the softward package by following the steps listed on the prompt. It appears that I lost the ability to receive the book via download due to an error on my part. I tried to retrieve the book by repeating the steps without success. Please contact company or author of the book, Mike Geary for refund or content of the book. but weothroup
