The staff are rude and act as if they can control your life because they are a medical office they discuss your test results in front of others and if you question there billing then you have to worry about that they will take it out on you physically by releasing from there clinic and taking you off your pain pills so you can suffer with pain. Here is what happen about four months ago I informed my Doc tor that I had by mistake taken one of my wife pain pills we kept our pain pills in the same place and both of them look a lot a like so he told me not to worry about it and to put our pain pills n different places and we did also he told me to make sure I did what he had ask because he would be testing me to make sure i was taking my meds fair enough but his wife also works there his mother-in-law and his sister-in-law and that is the problem with this clinic his wife she s one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with about two after i told him about taking the wrong pill I walked in for my appointment and she starts off by saying you need to ammit to me that you took your wife pain pill and I had not done so when I went in the back I told the doctor about what his wife had said and he told me not to worry about it and know another two months have past and my wife had a appointment and when she went in they told her she had to pay a charge for counseling for smoking that they had not done and they claimed that the gov is making them but no other office is doing and she has a lung doctor and they dont do it anyway she told them she would not pay the charge and they then called me and stated they had to release me because i had ask to go to another Doctor without asking them and I could not do that and she also said and you took your wife pain pills and I said I did not so I went to the hosptial and ask for my results and like I said I only had my pain pills in my body so I have my proof but I should not have to put up with any type of business that acts this way thank you
