False advertising, they sell you a sample for $1.03 + $3.68 S/H and then they charge your card for $79+ and when you call them they are rude, not sorry and will not refund you!I tried to ask to speak with a manager and the supervisor said she was the person in charge and the highest person to talk to, Read the agreement first...which they send you after you have signed and paid for your sample, they claim everything is in the agreement. This company is a "SCAM" look at all the "COMPLAINTS" listed on this site, I wish I had read these first I would never have given my Credit Card information knowing that this is def a SCAM. I just hope they keep charging me and I will turn this over to the Federak Trade Commission, this business gives all the other business a bad name I think we should all get together and file a class action law suite I am PISSED about their FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY I have called my CC to told them not to accept any further charges from them and to BLOCK this action. It's not so much the money but the way they handle my request for a refund. They need to be stopped otherwise this will go on forever.
