My daughter signed up for a free trial for slimming tablets August 2012. She receiver a package which we did not send back.

On the 21/09/12 she received a second package which we did not want and range the company to try and get returns information. she was put through to an automated service and got a cancellation number 10205942593 and was tol she would be contacted with returns information.

Alarm bells started to ring we checked her bank account and discovered the following monies had been taken from her account

24/09/12 £4.68 x 2
07/09/12 £37.50 & £75.00
24/09/12 £37.50 & £75.00

Total £234.36

I have returned the goods foirst class 25/09/12 and have contacted the company on the email address supplied on their literature [email protected], asking for a refund.

I have cancelled her debit card details and put a stop on this supplier taking anymore money out of her bank accoun.

Please help and advise us what we can do about this as it is very distressing.
