My company completed works for TPM for well over 18 months. They often paid late, however we contact them about 3 seperate invoices which were over 6 months overdue and the Director of TPM "Martin Hamilton" sent me multiple text messages saying he will not pay my company the total amount due for the works we completed. He did not give a reason for non payment. If we did a bad job surely they would not have used us for 18 months (7 - 10 jobs a week). We suggest that you never Rent a property from them or work as a contractor for them. Bunch of Assholes who don't pay their bills!

  • Hi Sorry you are having trouble this this RE agent. We have also found him very difficult and uncooperative. We are in the process of reporting him to the Office of Fair Trading - they issue RE agents with their licences. Hope you get your money cheers
