this is a demand to pay $349.00 for a debt I've never had, it also tells me i'll be denied travel and have property siezed....

- they have not taken any money, but this is what l received. ebay / bill me later / a paypal service...... never heard of them but they say i owe them $349 and if i don't pay up debt collectors will move in and i'll not be allowed to travel outside my territory of country.... wtf make them go away......please
