I have tried to contact this company to seek reimbursement of the above amount after I changed a booking with the knowledge and agreement of a HotelsOne representative. No assistance is given, emails I send are answered saying the message I have sent is blank. Requests for a fax number in the "subject" line of the email are ignored. I am only given an overseas phone number to call. My complaint is detailed and lengthy.
