Bought a Service Contract Refund Agreement when I purchased my 2008 Toyota. Full cost of the agreement was supposed to be refunded if I never used the warranty, which I didn't. Now I am owed the money, but Signet is no where to be found. Either Signet or Toyota need to make good on the monetary damages.
