I recieved a cold call from Townsville based Citisolar asking me to have an appointment with a Solar 'expert'. I said yes because I was interested in getting solar. After the appointment with Michael (a rather large and loud man in his 40's) I decided to go ahead beacuse at the time I thought a 5KW system for 15,000 was good. Turns out after it wasn't. I still haven't got my system installed all these months later....and half the time I call....Michael fobs me off with a story. Stay well clear of this company! I believe the owner is a guy called Kerry, who has liquidated a number of companies in his time. A very dodgy company! STAY CLEAR!
