YR Benefits contacted my mother by phone. (She has Altziemer's) They convinced her to give her checking account number for discount insurance. When called about info, the reps from Third Party Communications said a refund would be coming in 7 days. it has been almost three months and each time they are called the same story is given. "Wait another 7 days." A police report has been filed. Someone needs to stop these thievs from stealing more money from innocent senior citizens. How low in life can people stoop?
