I received a letter with PRIZE CLAIM/FINAL NOTIFICATION across the top along with an enclosed check for $3980.00. The letter instructed me to contact my claim agent and not attempt to cash the check until doing this. I was suppose to send $1995.00 directly to a tax agent to cover government taxes which could not be deducted from the winnings because of "insurance policy coverage." THIS IS A SCAM!!! If you receive such notification, please report it and DO NOT send any money to SAMUEL PAGE. He is a fraud and the check and letter is a SCAM!

- I believe they should apologize in writing and be made to compensate those they were trying to scam with the same amount they were asking for which is $1995.00. Because some people are too easily taken advantage of, particularly the elderly, and in today's economy it is just ruthless and cruel to give anyone such hope of financial help. People are struggling so hard these days and I am one of those people who could desperately use such funds and I think I deserve exactly what they assumed I would be stupid enough to give to them. They should have to work hard and struggle for every dime they get like everyone else.
