Hello my name is Maricela Garcia , I stopped the services since 9/2011 and they still continue to charge me Oct / Nov / Dec / and I kept calling customer service and they would not help at all , in Jan 2012 I send them back the equipment wish I had purchase , to see if they would stop and nothing they kept my equipment and charge me again, so in Feb,2012 I had to closed my account , becouse that was the only way they would stop. I just want to recover my money back , about the equipment I don't care I know I will never use that company again , so I don't need it
