Late July 2012, l sent off for a trial Dead sea beauty kit costing £3.95.which l received, and l thought that was the end of it..However today l received my bank statement that had been debited with the amount of £59.95, l was shocked and amazed as l had not received anything more from them. l then tried looking for an email or address in order to contact them, nowhere is this information given. Then l found a complaint site, which brought up a square box to fill in, which l did, but do not think it has gone through,as nothing happened, when l pressed the key to send it.l am a Senior Citizen with only a state pension to live on. Please is there any way you can help me to get my money back.
