I was charged $30.00 by this company that I had never heard of. They said it was for a payday loan. I have always got loans from the same company. This also caused my account to go negative, getting me a $34.00 fee. I called them and they said they would refund my money and they closed my account. Well a week and a half later and still no refund. So i called and they told me they could not issue a refund because my account had already been closed. When i told him the refund was already supposed to be issued he said no it was not and could not be issued. So I asked him if we could resolve it or if I needed to hire an attorney. Then he just HUNG UP on me. So I am really considering hiring an attorney just so this company gets shut down and they cant keep doing this to people.
