I signed up an LLC through Legalzoom as it seemed to be a convenient way to do so. They looked like a decent site, so I went ahead with registration. I then was signed up for the business advantage monthly subscription (inadvertently I suppose), and somehow am being charged for a registered agent service. I sent them a message attempting to cancel the monthly service, but they are still trying to charge this. This is very frustrating as it seems they are trying to charge me in every way imaginable, making something like registering an LLC a much more difficult and expensive process.
