Purchased rubber inflatable boat. Advertised as super strong 3 layer pvc....After several uses, it has tiny holes all over the boat from being exposed to small shells and rocks..

Also purchased an Intex electric outboard motor.
This was advertised for salt water use.
After I used this once in salt water, the next week every nut and bolt rusted. The battery meter stopped working...the extendable handle froze in the extended position...the transom clamps rusted solid..

Customer service said they would have a new motor at my door step the following week. Nothing was received. I called back. They said there was no work order. We opened a new work order and the person said these motors were out of stock and I would not get one until maybe September....basically after fishing season was over..which was what the boat and motor was purchased for....It's sept 19th and they have done nothing. Worst company I have ever worked with.
