i have noticed i have been having 10.00 a month stopped out my bank from oct 2011 till sept 2012 i found out the company i did not sign up to anything never heard of them dont no how they got all my details .had my bank card changed 4 times but they still keep takin the money,i rang them today 19/9 to be told they cant help or refund me but they will refund me 10.00 for sept as i have cancelled it.i feel sick about this im on benefits a full time carer for my wife who is very ill i dont by on line just use for chat can you help please i need this money my wife as special care
