I ordered a Microsoft Office for Home and Student (3-PC) on line and sent payment through Paypal. I received confirmation, but no option to download. After two weeks of emails, phone calls, chat line. I got no answers. THe on-line help was useless, I held for pover 1 hr without any response. The last email was sent today requesting an immediate refund, but it does not look to good. Paypal was unable to resolve the claim due to a digital order. I wish I should have read the similar complaints earlier. Unbeliveable, how do these people get by with this. If I get a refund. I will update. But it looks like another lesson learned on my end.
