Spirit charged me $59.95 for a renewal of their $9 fair club without any notice and even though I called to cancel before the charge had even cleared my account they refused to issue a refund. Instead they offered me a travel voucher for $59.95 that was non transferable and expired in 60 days. They claimed that the only way I could have not been charged would have been if I waived my right to membership prior to the first year and denied my self the year I paid for. Also they broke contract and charged me 20 hours before my previous contract ended. Disallowing me 20 hours to cancel before the "nonrefundable" Fee and the end of the one year mark. There for entraping any individual into loosing benifits paid for or forcing into contract renewal.
