After 4 months of trying to obtain a rebate we have made more than 5 documented calls and more than 20 e-mails, it is the same game they pretend to say they want to help and tell us to call the 877 number, when you call they take over 20 minutes of your business day pretending not to understand street names, its an abvious game and one that goes around in endless circles, we have been told they do this to most people knowing they never have to send rebate checks.
